- Lead the creative efforts on client projects, developing overall design concepts and design presentation strategies
- Identify and secure opportunities for project leads, client relationships, and maintain ongoing relationships for repeat business
- Responsible party on projects for clients, vendors, and teams
- Manage multidisciplinary project team workload for multiple projects simultaneously
- Manage project lifecycle; estimating, bidding, project kick-off, weekly coordination, punch list, turnover, opening, and project close-out
- Create and manage project scopes, budgets and workplans, sub-contractors, vendors, fabricator bids, etc.
- Manage project financial performance
- Build strong relationships with team members, project managers from other areas, representatives from accounting and external vendors
- Manage staff sharing coordination between studios
